Exercise Protocol:
"Physical activity increases the body's ability to perform tasks, ignites the digestive fire, reduces fat, makes muscles and joints clear and solid, and enhances endurance.
According to the definition given in Ayurveda, 'Vyayama' is considered to be any activity that produces fatigue in the body (Ashtanga Hridaya 3.62).
This definition encompasses all physical efforts, but the definition of exercise according to the words of Lord Punarvasu is: 'Activity that pleases the mind, provides stability to the body, and enhances strength.
It should be performed in moderation.' This definition of exercise is optimal. Various forms of exercise are observed in the world, all of which are exercises from different perspectives. For example, walking, squats, headstands, wrestling, swimming, hockey, cricket, etc.
It will be said further in this context who should not exercise. If you desire to become a wrestler, there should be a provision for excellent (nutritious) diet.
Those who perform household chores also experience fatigue, but in reality, their efforts are not considered as exercise. Physical exertion is essential to keep the body healthy.
